Liquid mesh filters for pipelines with a nominal pressure of 1.6 and 4.0 MPa are designed to protect pumping and other equipment of technological installations in the oil refining, petrochemical, oil and gas industries, during the operation of which solid particles of mechanical impurities are formed in the liquid should not exceed 200 microns .
Filters are made from the following materials:
1 – 09G2S-6 – temperature of the transported liquid from minus 40°C to plus 200°C.
2 – 09G2S-8 – temperature of the transported liquid from minus 60°C to plus 200°C.
3 – 12Х18Н10Т – temperature of the transported liquid from minus 70°С to plus 300°С.
Filters DN 80 and DN 150 are manufactured with a flat cover and without supports.
Design according to the method of connection to the pipeline:
Option 1 – on flanges, option 2 – for welding.
