Stamp-welded bends (OKSH), bent bends (OG), welded equal and reducing tees (TSN), stamp-welded tees (TSHS), welded bottoms (DSH), welded transitions for pipelines from 530 mm to 1420 mm made of 09G2S and St20 steels are used for operating pressure up to 10 MPa for operation at temperatures from minus -60°C to +450°C.
We offer services for anti-corrosion protection and insulation of fittings, shaped connecting parts of main pipelines, and underground utilities in factory and field conditions using the new unique technology from the Japanese company “KAWAKAMI PAINT MEG. CO. LTD” with the use of polyurethane sealant “FRUCS-1000A with primer UP-1000”, providing a long-term (over 30 years) service life, including in the conditions of the Extreme North.
