Tubular ovens according to RD 3688 – 00220302 – 003 – 04 and food coils;
– Direct heating tubular block furnaces of the “PTB” type;
– Automated oil heating furnace type “PT-4-64Zh”;
– Furnace type “PPN-3” of direct heating;
– Burners and burner devices for tube furnaces and heaters;
– Gas industrial burners.
Tube furnaces are designed for high-temperature heating of oil and petroleum products in technological processes in the oil refining, petrochemical and gas industries.
Depending on the specifics of the technological process, the physicochemical properties of the heated medium and the type of fuel, furnaces of various designs and parameters are used: tubular, narrow-chamber, sectional with vertical pipes, cylindrical, multi-chamber.
Structurally, tube furnaces consist of a radiation chamber, a convection chamber, a product coil, a gas collector, a chimney or a flue. Tube furnaces are equipped with burners. To service tubular furnaces, ladders and platforms, stepladders, exhaust windows, peepholes, doors, and instrument fittings are provided.
Lightweight concrete and fibrous mullite-siliceous materials are used to line the inner surface of the furnace.
To increase the efficiency of furnaces, it is planned to manufacture furnaces with finned tubes in the convective part of the furnace, as well as equip the furnaces with a heat recovery system.
Symbol.
The first letter is the design:
G – tubular furnaces with upper exhaust of flue gases and horizontal radiant pipes;
B – tubular furnaces with upper exhaust of flue gases and vertical radiant pipes;
C – cylindrical tubular ovens with an upper convection chamber;
K – cylindrical tubular furnaces with an annular convection chamber;
C – sectional tube furnaces;
B – block tube furnaces for oil fields;
The second letter is the method of burning fuel:
C – free torch;
N – floor torch;
D – floor torch with differential air supply along the height of the torch;
– the number after the letter designation is the number of radiant chambers (P) or sections (C).
If there is no number, a single-chamber (single-section) option is used.
Main parameters of radiant and convective tube furnace coils:
– wall temperature of the coil pipes up to 650°C
– working pressure up to 16 MPa (160 kgf/cm).
– pipe diameter, mm 57 to 426.
– pipe length, m no more than 26
