Horizontal shell-and-tube refrigeration units (evaporators and condensers) with fixed tube sheets of the TX and KX types and their modifications. The internal diameter of the casing of evaporators and condensers is 400-2000mm. Evaporators are manufactured in two versions:
Evaporators of version 1 are designed for cooling water and solutions with a pressure of up to 0.6 MPa in installations operating within saturation temperatures from minus 40°C to plus 40°C. Evaporators of version 2 are designed for cooling liquid technological media with a pressure of 1.0-2.5 MPa in installations operating within saturation temperatures from minus 60°C to plus 40°C. Ammonia, propane, propylene, etc. are used as a refrigerant that evaporates in the annulus.
Condensers are designed for liquefying refrigerant in ammonia and hydrocarbon (propane, propylene) refrigeration units for general industrial use, operating within the operating temperatures of the condensed refrigerant from 0°C to plus 100°C, at a coolant temperature from minus 20°C to plus 50°C . The nominal pressure in the pipes is not more than 0.6 MPa.
