Shell-and-tube rod heat exchangers with a longitudinal partition with a floating head TSP and U-shaped pipes TSU are designed for heating and cooling liquid and gaseous media in technological processes in the oil, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical and gas industries.
Temperature of heat exchange media from minus 30°С to plus 450°С, diameter 800, 1000 mm. For TSP type devices: conditional pressure in the pipe space and casing is 1.6-8.0 MPa, heat exchange surface is 169-430 m2. For devices of the TSU type: conditional pressure in the pipe space and casing is 1.6-6.3 MPa, heat exchange surface is 176-494 m2.
