The year 2026 marks 50 glorious years of Christ Nagar English Hr Sec. School. To honour this remarkable milestone, the institution hosted the Inaugural Ceremony of the Golden Jubilee Year (1976–2026) on 11 December, 2025. The Chief Guest, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, delivered the Inaugural Address, emphasising the importance of dedicated individuals who contribute selflessly to the nation. The Presidential Address was delivered by Shri V Sivankutty, Hon’ble Minister for General Education, Government of Kerala. Words of Benediction were offered by His Grace Mar George Cardinal Alencherry, Major Archbishop Emeritus, Syro-Malabar Catholic Church. The ceremony also featured Felicitations by Rev. Fr Antony Elamthottam CMI, Provincial, St. Joseph’s Province, Trivandrum, and Shri Adv V K Prasanth MLA, Vattiyoorkavu Constituency. The Keynote Address by Rev. Dr Thomas Chathamparampil CMI, Prior General, set the tone for the year-long celebrations ahead. The Golden Jubilee Year will usher in a series of academic, cultural and community-oriented initiatives, celebrating the legacy and vision of Christ Nagar School.
